Your DNA in Telophase should be single chromatids not chromosomes.
You were inconsistent with your representation of the nuclear membrane in cytokinesis and your DNA/chromosomes in telophase
I would have liked to see more color in your labeling and there should be no pencil on the model at all.
Make these corrections so you can use this model to study.
